Shipping policy

SHIPPING:
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT & ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE. If items are sent back from undeliverable or incorrect from the address given, Birch Theory is not responsible for the cost to ship back and has the right to cancel the transaction if the customer does not want to pay to ship again. We try to reuse packing material and use recycled boxes and supplies for packaging items whenever possible. Local pickup is available upon request/option chosen at checkout.

DAMAGED GOODS:
We package each item with care but cannot control what happens after it leaves the shop-therefore do not refund damaged goods. If any items are damaged please contact us immediately in order to expedite a claims process with USPS. If you would like to include additional insurance on any of your purchases, please feel free to message.
